| EMM Norway opens for business March 2005 |

| EMM established their first Norwegian branch based in Tananger. This strategic positioning allows quick and efficient servicing of the various prime offshore contractors and companies located in the area.
Offering a full range of services and products from an extensive stock holding and fully equipped service workshop. Lifting equipment testing and inspection and facilities are also provided as is heavy wire rope spooling and rigging services. Allied with major wire rope manufacturer Usha Martin, EMM NORWAY are well placed to give world class service to the Norwegian offshore market. |

| Update-EMM achieve ISO9001:2000 certification |

| Update-11/10/04 - Subsequent surveillance audits shown that the system has bedded in well with no NonConformances being raised to date thus giving further confidence in the quality and integrity of products from EMM.
After a year of transition work EMM went through a rigourous two day re-certification audit by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance and were successfully awarded certification to
BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
This reconfirms EMMs already established quality profile and adds to their existing Lloyds Register Product Type Approvals as a demonstration of their commitment to quality and service. |

| EMM have entered the Gulf of Mexico region with the opening of their EMM Offshore facility in Houston, Texas. Offering a full range of services and products from an extensive stock holding and equiped workshop. Everything from the smallest shackle to full mooring installation packages.
NDT services in all disciplines are supplied on an international basis including rig chain inspection, structural surveys, weld inspection and rope NDT.
